At Loaded by CCC, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.

Refunds are only issued when an error or product issue is our responsibility, such as sending an incorrect item, leaving an item out of your order, or providing a defective product.

We do not issue refunds for personal taste preferences, changes of mind, items ordered by mistake, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Have an issue with your order?

Email cs@loadedccc.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packing slip, if applicable. Our team will review your order and confirm whether it qualifies for a refund. Please do not send products back.
